In areas where the PCs see many different users such as the nursing floors or registration areas, this causes their hard drives to fill up prematurely. The issue lines in the fact that by default the option for Cached Exchange Mode is checked. Our mailbox server and user information blows in during the setup wizard and users are now able to click through the process without assistance. If your Outlook client is already configured to use ‘Cached Exchange Mode’, this change will not impact you. ![]() This will provide a much better experience when using the Outlook client. ![]() We have discovered that with the roll out of Office 2010, it has become easier for users to setup their own mailboxes when logging in with a new Windows profile. will automatically configure all Microsoft Outlook 2010/2013 clients in ‘Cached Exchange Mode’ to follow Microsoft’s best practices. ![]()
